You don't like haggis? Seeing what you eat and cook i'm surprised. Have you ever had really good quality butcher shop made?

I love Haggis got a McSween haggis coming in my next food delivery. Got a veggie one for our lass which cost the same as the tasty meat version.

Im indifferent to it I neither love not hate it, ill eat it but have yet to love it. I have had a few butcher shop ones. My mum has a friend in Wick and have had it there a few times its alright just not the first choice I would eat. (There is no bacon in it )Proper homemade Tablet however sees me turn in to a sugar maniac If I have the choice of Scottish food I like White Pudding (pork innit ) One of my mates lusts after Macaroni pie anytime we go to Glasgow for a booze up he has to go to bloody Greggs first

The one I bought is local butcher made with sheep stomach casing - it tasted fantastic. If you didn't know what it was made up of and tasted blind, you'd yum it up for sure.

Made this the other day. Thai Pork Burger with Sweet Potato Chips and a Mango, Red Onion and Chilli Salsa. Delicious

Ignore the dodgy camera phone pics but I have been eating a fair bit of fish lately.

First up is a fresh Sea Bass with lemon, dried chilli and bay. Can't remember what I ate with it but is was good.

Next up is some lovely red mullet that was cooked with braised fennel. Think this was eaten with roasted cherry toms, rocket and white wine.

Saving the best 'till last here a wonderful Bream. It wasn't cheap but so fresh and tasty it was the nicest fish I have ever cooked. Stuffed with herbs and roasted in the oven.

                              Curry Night

Made a Chicken Jalfrezi from scratch. Served with Wild rice and yoghurt. Maybe shouldn't have added an extra Scotch Bonnet heh heh...
