I need to look into more healthy snacks and food in general to be honest.

Walkers' Sunbites being my current favourite - they are well healthy and well tasty man. Easily the best tasting healthy food going (apart from raw carrots, nothing beats raw carrots).

I've bagged the healthy snacks (wholegrain shizz, fruit, etc), it's just my dinners I need to suss out. Fresh salad is proper expensive, can't be bought in proportional amounts, and doesn't last very long It's as if I'm forced into eating ****ty frozen food all the time because it's all I can afford. Another reason why I need this job - they have a huge canteen area that serves free food all day long, thus I'd be able to get back into exercise and healthy eating without having to pay totally unaffordable gym + Tesco bills each week considering I'll be cycling for around 120mins daily.

It's scary thesedays, I wake up every morning with dead arms eventhough I'm not sleeping on them (crap circulation), this has only just been happening the past few months and it's already started happening to my legs!! If I keep this up in two years I will be waking up and then waiting 1-2 mins for the rest of my body to start getting blood around it before I can actually move it.

Waking up with a massive stonker doesn't help much either.

Just had a pretentious packet of Real Crisps "Roast Ox" flavour. Just tasted like normal beef to me. Says it all that one of the ingredients on the back of the pack is "roast ox flavouring" - LOL

They seem to be really really salty to me. But I'm really sensitive to the taste of salt.

Those Sunbites are nice, I am not hating on those. Need some new flavours and more of them in a bag, mind. Those Sensations are proper nice. There used to be roast onion and balsamic ones too - they sold off a load of the big bags of them up my local shop for 70p each when they got discontinued.

Walkers site and the Wiki page are showing that Heinz Ketchup crisps are available. I seriously doubt this as I have not seen them anywhere round here. Can anyone confirm a sighting, or indeed whether Lineker has decided to reintroduce them? One of my favourites and I would love to try some again.

Just reading through the thread, several pages back Extra Terrestrial's post about not eating crisps - and babs response - just gave me a bout of the lols - quality.

Yep Heinz Ketchup crisps are readily available in Sunny Essex and have been for ages, in fact have a multipack sitting in the cupboard at home as we speak. Bought from either Tesco or Asda, get yourself down to Southampton's finest supermarket and you should be sorted.
