Fantastic clip. If I only had access to that kind of hardware.

My second barbecue has now extinguished itself in the chimney breast and I have nothing else to generate enough smoke to keep the bee's out.

Just had a quick look and they are still on the roof waiting so I've sealed the hole in the bedroom chimney up as best I can. I guess I just need to wait the night out and see what morning brings.

I hope you're filming all this dude! You'd have a kind of Hitchcock-esque Birds/Arachnophobia-but-with-bees-not-spiders thing going on!

Maybe it's time to call an exterminator or some kind of pest control expert to ask about what to do with these meddlesome now chav-like bees humming like bastards, planning their next assault on you from your neighbours roof!

Bee Afraid.......Bee very afraid! or this could bee you:

Unwell Cat is.......Bee Man Half the man he used to bee

Already had the exterminators in and they removed last year's swarm and nest. The new arrivals are this years swarm..

I think you need some kind of bee-straining order

Had no choice mate. Had to make room for my fire.

Get the council in, they'll do it for about ?30.

We were told that the bees rarely come back to the same site, looks like you were unlucky with that one.

Spoke to the council. They wont help because -

1- There Honey Bee's and are partially protected.
2- The Bee's are in the chimney stack and it's to dangerous for anyone to remove them.

Apparently Honey Bee's come back each year to the same site.

Build a hive in the back garden and make your own Unwell Cat honey

Awesome thread. LOL'd when you lit the BBQ.

Seriously, I'd get them out as you have, and just seal the ****ing chimney. It may take a year or two for the little ****ers to get the message, but eventually they'll move on somewhere else.

You're a very very brave man!
