I am trying to lay off drinking for a while as I had a very heavy week last week while on holiday. However, I got home to find a strange assortment of drinks that I had left at home. Tonight I have been drinking Sherry and Stella. Not at the same time of course. My idea is that if I drink it all I will then be able to lay off the stuff for a while as I will have nothing to drink.

Surely East London has more Alcohol sellers per square mile than any other part of London though ? or have you simply barracaded yourself in ?

It is quite tragic that the only shopkeeper who knows my name around here is the Turkish bloke who runs an off licence. No, I am ridding myself of all the booze in the house. I am unable to have drink in the house for any length of time. After finishing the sherry and stell I only have a bottle of white wine and sake to drink.
