I hate looking at sites like that where I get totally pwned at my job by some huge American team of about 30 people. As far as I'm aware web design is taken for granted as a one-man-job over here.

I'm actually putting a fair bit of time into my WoW guild website although I can't be arsed with the coding. It's highly boring and stressful, although the results are just as highly rewarding (when something really special you come up with actually works after you export it).

I just want a piss-easy job getting a better than average wage working on graphics, for any industry.

Yeah, but who cares... they're a design agency so it's all about showing off. Appreciate it for the clever trickery, not the navigation.
