The main thing is, he'll likely be rinsing the game 100x faster than anyone else by going at it with a full raid squad at his disposal. So in effect he could spend less time on the game than everyone else also (although this probably won't be the case).

It is a bit cheaty however, although a very unique way of playing.

Got 4.19 in my first go, but messed a couple up spectacularly. Not the triangles, though!

I've got a job interview tomorrow, it's a generic shop based job fit for a 16 year old moron (my ambition, it knows no bounds) but I'm worried regardless. I interview terribly. I don't even know what to wear, I've got a suit but I feel I might be overdressed, considering the lowly status of the job. I may be overthinking!

Wow. We allowed to use the c word in here?!?

Thanks, but no thanks, for the kebab David. I think I've been in that place though.

I just got made redundant Have been told that they no longer need anyone to look after my area. (I WAS an area sales rep)

                      This sucks for two reasons.

a)I need to pay my mortgage
b)There are so many top games coming out in the next few weeks that i want... nay... NEED!

Pretty pissed off to be honest.

Sad old state of affairs, I got made redundant from my last job in November 2001, know exactly how it feels, hope they sort you out with a decent pay off.

What was you selling by the way - and who for.

You should definitely wear a suit, shirt and tie to any interview. It's all about first impressions and quite often more about how you conduct yourself rather than what to say. Try and replicate the interviewers body language i.e. if they put their hands table, do it yourself a few seconds later and so on - but try to make it look natural and don't dwell on it. Just be yourself, be polite, ask any legitimate questions you may have. Don't be afraid to ask about money. Just chill....relax - chances are they've never met you before so you can be as confident as you like mate - you just go for it!

The problem is, i was only there for just under 6 months! I dont even understand why they employed me in the first place if they didnt plan on keeping me! My sales figures were great, i got on well with everyone etc.

I dont think i am going to get a pay off due to the time i was there. Its the second time its happened to me in three years, and im pretty upset by all of it tbh.

I was selling janitorial supplies to pubs, clubs etc and although it wasnt the most glamorous of jobs, i kinda enjoyed it.

Ive got some appointments with local agencies sorted though this afternoon, so i havent sat on my arse and done nothing about it, but due to the fact that i havent been there long, im not sure how that is going to look on my CV

Saying that though i can always re-enforce the i got made redundant thing in any interviews though

I would love to work in the Video games industry, but is there any roles for a salesman like me?

Cheers, but in the end the interview turned out to be ridiculous. I went with a shirt and tie, eschewing the suit jacket because I didn't really want to dress smarter than I expected the interviewer would!

I get there, turns out it's a group interview/session thing. I felt horribly overdressed (one girl wore jeans and Converses, ffs!) so I dunno, maybe that'll work in my favour, making an effort and all that, but I doubt it. I'm terrible enough in 1on1 interviews, group ones are something else entirely, especially when they're thrust upon you sans preparation time! And it turns out that even if via some miracle I get through that, I'll still have to jump through more hoops - I'll have to go there and work for 10 minutes or so on various sections so they can see how I do. All this for a meaningless shop job, which they're quite open about the fact that I'll probably be surplus shortly after Christmas. Rubbish.
