Thats paint right, not a dirty protest. I'd call the rozzers personally. Don't want anything stupid happening, I'd always take precautions. I know he hasn't done anything yet, but I dread to think what could happen. Knowing the useless po-po they'll just say 'well he's not done anything yet' until something does bloody happen. At least get the bird out of there or whoever he has the main problem with. Or all go somewhere safe or something.

      HAHA! Nah, it's paint, man.

She went three weeks ago after the fall out, but she keeps coming back claiming to love him, to everyone's displeasure, this lasts for around 24 hours until she messes with his head, then buggers off again so that he can come crying to us. Repeat.

That's happened four times in three weeks. She's not welcome but he keeps winging her back in for another dose of turmoil and anguish.

It's currently the 'Us Two vs. The World' phase, until she tells him she's going to enjoy giving her (wonky) statement in court or something along those lines.

I thought about calling the cops but they will indeed just turn up, do nothing, and then we'd probably have a fight involving knives or broken glass after they leave.

Shouldn't there be a comma after that first 'you'?

I actually corrected him on his grammar instead of getting wound up in an attempt to backfire it. Probably a bad idea getting fly right now but I was so fecking close to choking him out and chaining him up down in the cellar earlier, I had to vent something.

We're telling him to sack her off as she's bad news... but he won't have it, he wonders why we won't allow her back in the house. Oh, and she's just 16...

I''ll add that this is someone with no drug problems, no WoW addiction, no previous social disorder, an active job, and no gun fetish - before Sanchez adds his 2p. His parents were both teachers as well and he came out with astonishing grades, so no **** upbringing either.

I need to try and sleep. I've lost my appetite so far tonight and I can't have 2/3 of my weight gain regime go down the bog.

                Internet said:
It depends on the circumstances. the police only have powers to detain a person under s136 Mental health Act if that person is in a public place, appears to be suffering from a mental disorder and appears to be in immediate need of care or control.
If that person is in a dwelling, there is nothing they can do.

They can apply to the courts for a s135 to entire a private dwelling.

I know of 2 people who got sectioned, one went willingly after being spoken to by family. The second went bat**** insane and smashed up a car sales forecourt, and other violence (totally out of character).

I have also had to restrain someone who has totally lost it, and you don't want to be doing that if you can help it.

Simple then, just lure him to a public place (preferably near some coppers) and start winding him up.

He's the smallest lad in the house, Lee being the biggest. Lee has had to restrain him once and he said it was hard work, which is hard to believe as he can do a bit. He gained this super-human strength from somewhere.

I've seen him crunch over broken glass barefooted when on a rampage, the weekend I had to try and calm him down. I nearly vomited watching it but he didn't end up with a scratch, which was miraculous.

Exactly why when he flips out proper you don't want to be slashed or punctured several times by a kitchen knife or worse. I'd let the police know whats happened now and your thoughts on the future simply to give them a heads up, so should you need them in the future they may arrive in a swift fashion?

When I made a 999 call, they took forever! On a seperate occasion I called them just to come and make sure there was no further drama as I moved my belongings out the house & they were there in 4 mins flat, same officers

I'm going to call into the police station after the gym, as it's just across the road. I'll tell them what's been going on and that there is a high probability of violence.

That's right the law is only powerless to help you, not to punish you.

                                Bake him away, toys.
