Peggle is excellent based on a only a few levels played. They've extended the guide arrow slightly to compensate for the smaller screen, but the zoom feature and minor adjustment slider work perfectly.

Have been playing Resident Evil: Degeneration.
I might very well post a first play thread of this to get more people to buy it.Apart from slightly dodgy Virtual D-Pad controls, slightly dodgy graphics and animation, the gameplay itself is essentially Resident Evil 5 with nothing missing. Seems to be quite puzzle based aswell so maybe more like Resi 4, I don't know yet.
So far, so very, very good. To make up for the lack of precision with the d-pad there's aiming assistance too. I'll post some screenshots up of this in a second, but everything's there.
The buttons on the right hand side become context sensitive. Picking up objects, diving through windows, bringing up the aiming sight or the knife, etc. It's all very very very well done so far!

That surprised me too.
I take back what I said about it being puzzle based though, it's definitely action based.
However i've been playing it for about an hour so far and it's still going on so at least it's not like one of those 'play for half hour and finish it' kinda games they like to release on here.
Don't think anyone on toucharcade has finished it yet, so we'll see how it goes.

Tempted to try RE. Is it really that good?
There ARE problems in it that might grate on people (Some areas have awful framerate, sometimes trying to quickly change your aim can result in quick strafing while aiming which can be annoying when there are multiple targets, animation and graphics are dodgy), but if you can get past it all, it plays just like an action orientated Resi 4. Resi 5 basically.
It's not that difficult and it's not that long, but in my opinion it's certainly fun. Plus it's got
Mercenaries
in it too and that's great fun.
