I see the team behind the fun Chess with friends. Has release Words with friends. Really, multiplayer Scabble. Wonder if this will being up long, what with Scrabble being trademark ?

Home made video time, apologies my camera won't allow me to use manual focus when shooting video so it's on the blurry side.

Stumbled across this title on the Japanese iTunes store, Cherry Drift, I'm instantly reminded of Thrash Rally (NeoGeo). It came out in April, I couldn't find the name in either the US or UK stores but the game has an English language option.



Not played enough yet to give a full impression. Looks and sounds the part, controls are a little twitchy, tilt mode is too slow when countersteering. I'm using touch mode at the moment. Oh and the game is still at version 1.0

New video uploaded today 01/08/09, revisited the game played using default A controls, steer by touch screen. Seemed easier to navigate the later courses than before maybe I've learnt them still only finished second, but did earn my first upgrades. Tyre choice now Grip,Standard or Drift.

I've already got DDR but I'll definitely be buying the other 4 for £3:56.

Silent Hill still seems to be £3.49 or whatever (not 59p ), and when I search for Frogger, in the list it is 59p, but when I go into the download screen it says it's £2.39

When a developer changes something about an app - description, price, iTunes icon, whatever - the changes seem to roll through the Apple databases *very slowly*. For a couple of hours it's normal to see inconsistent information. I've no idea why it's not all the same database, but there you go.

Just read IGN's review of Monkey Island...

It's just a shame that while this diminutive refurb mostly looks and sounds great, the shadow of sloppy porting effortlessly transforms this iPhone version into a fiddly, frustrating mess. That being the case, it's hard to swallow an asking price that?s not far off the game?s undoubtedly superior PC and 360 brethren. Ultimately, we'd suggest you either hold off for an update or look elsewhere unless you absolutely need a portable version of Monkey Island in your collection.

Yeah Glider, Shift rocks, it's a very clever yet simple game, reminiscent of Exit on the PSP
