Been playing Blade Angel over the last few days, it's 2D scrolling beat em up with some RPG elements, really enjoying this as it has an old school 16-bit charm to it, shame it doesn't have any BGM though, but at 59p can't complain too much.

Beneath a Steel Sky has just been released with new art by Dave Gibbons and improved sound. Just getting it now.
One I've been playing over the last few days is Canabalt. It's a free Flash game ported (and not free) to the iPhone/Touch and it's fantastic. The game is really simple. You're running away from some catastrophe on top of buildings and the only control is when and how you jump. And you just have to see how far you get. The gameplay is really simple but it is addictive and it's made all the sweeter by fantastic graphics and sound. I'm sure you can google the free original and check it out.

Duke Nukem 3D is currently up for 59p - I'm not sure I can recommend it even at that price though, the controls are VERY lacking, even after the supposed update.
The virtual analogue used to look up and down/left and right is pathetically devoid of sensitivity, even at maximum, same issue seems to have plagued Prey which is a shame.

I also see Edge is back on the UK store, bought that as well before it gets taken down again.

Try iphone.tvcatchup.com
Amazing link to a handful of free to air channels. It's only a couple of minutes behind Live TV and streams really well on 3G as well as wireless. It's totally legal and FREE!
There is an App for it due soon, which will include more channels including hopefully Sky Sports News, but in the meantime you just need to save the website to your homepage.
Just another reason the iPhone is leaps ahead of it's competition.

Anyone play the WorldWar app? It's such a simple pointless game I think but I'm so addicted to it sadly.
