Ink stains of unknown origin.

I'm here at my (black)desk and somehow I've got pen ink stains on my fingers. I've no idea where they came from(a pen lolol) so I'm wary about touching anything on the desk in case they were from here. Hopefully they're from the server room...

I hate the cannabis smell, too. It makes me feel sick.

Singapore. Everyone has them here apparently. I won't settle for that though - I'll torch the place if I have to. I spent five years in a brand new apartment back home and the only bugs I saw were the ones that spawned from the mixture of aged splash-piss and shower gel residue on my bathroom floor from excessively playing FFXI for about 5 months solid and not doing anything else apart from eating and farting, they were miniscule though, and vanished after one wash.

Actually talked about Singapore with a mate today. He mentioned how little crime there is, and how little littering people do. But as I find cockroaches disgusting, I'm now quite happy in my crime filled neighborhood.

Me too. It stinks in plant form & stinks even more when its smoked. I really dont know how those who smoke it say that they love the smell. Smells like someone frying horse****.

Had this problem at my gf's place. Woke up on Sunday at about 7.30am to the sounds of steam rollers & paddy's motorbikes outside the window................ON A BLOODY SUNDAY!!?. Why the hell would they even be doing anything to the roads on a sunday when they know the town is gonna be busy?

I always watch and read sky sports news (I don't know if you do...but sky.com then the sports section is pretty decent)

Anyway...was reading about snooker...the Burnett and Maguire thing has just been dropped legally. (athough the governing body will do their 'bit' now)

Its just, You watched the match...you told me how badly he missed the pink...I'll never forget that....for years I tried to find footage of that, as
the emphasis was just on the badly missed black.. (never did)

anyway...forgot about it, until now...

I guess its that I'm far removed from anything that is real to most, and sport is probably (with the money factor) is
ironically less 'real' than anything else! but, its sport I'm in touch with, and it just irks me...

I aint perfect...I've probably cheated and I even stole that glass the other week...

Planning on going to Spain next Friday for an awesome weekend to stay at my uncle's place, my first holiday since my Japan trips in 2007. Was all ready, just got my approval for the dates and now I find out about the volcanic ash.

Apparently it's not as severe as the previous one but Spain's been mentioned as one of the places where the ash will likely float to by the end of this week.

I'm worried about whether to just book now or wait a little while and risk the flights getting (a) booked or (b) much more expensiver. It'd be Aer Lingus. I imagine they'd be none too helpful if the planes are grounded.

Adverts.

Now it seems that theres a load of softly sung men with acoustic guitars on a lot of ads & its driving me nuts.
Also that Walls sausages ad with the cockney bulldog is really ****e & a bit creepy too.

My biggest irk with adverts nowadays is that if one marginally cool one comes along I can't help but imagine it's just ripped off some YouTube video.

Which you can be sure it was. My career scraped past advertising for a while and my experience is that, with only a few rare exceptions, the job title 'ad creative' means person who scours Internet for short films or foreign ads and asks production companies to rip them off.

I remember when someone posted that amazing video of the wolf chasing the sheep made up from thousands of photographs going around the room. Half-way through I started feeling a bit depressed thinking some advert would nick that idea. Soon enough, a car advert appeared with it. I think it was a car advert, anyway. I'd have felt better if it was an HP printer advert or something
