I walk really fast every time I go to work & while I'm at work. Maybe wlaking really fast is hard for you cos you sit behind a desk all day

Talking about getting out of cars to confront people. A few weeks ago I was parking at Tesco. One space in a long line and I drove straight into for a change instead of reversing actually. Anyway, there was a woman walking to her car at this time with bags in hand. She was nowhere near me so I didn't need to stop and let her past or anything. Yet whenever I put the car in the space she muttered "How ****ing rude!" under her breath as if I'd cut her off or stopped her getting to her car. But my window was open and I have ears like a... cat? What has good ears? Anyway, I quickly jumped out as there was no-one else around so she must have been talking to me. I asked her "Are you talking to me!?" She looked shocked that I heard, immediately went bright red in the face and went "no no no!!" and jumped into the car not making eye contact again. It was hiarious at the time.

Guess that's not an irk but a moderately funny anecdote. Ah well. My irk for the day would be why I alway get headaches in the morning. Up and ready fairly early to do some work today but head is killing me already before I even sit down and looked at PC screen.

My current irk is having to have my blood taken because i may have been exposed to brucella at work, looks like one of the samples that was been processed tested positive for brucella bacteria. Now the lab is in chaos as they track everyone down who may have been near the sample while it was in the lab & suprise suprise because i was working in the lab next door im at risk too so i had to have a interview with the doctor & told to look out for all sprts of delightfully **** symptoms that might apper while someone stabs my arm & gets my blood, yeah great way to end a week.

I want to feel bad, but I can't read this without imagining the symptoms of such an infection being things like a compulsion to say "nice to see you, to see you...?"

Normally I have a really bad time when having my blood taken. Had to have some blood taken a few months back. The woman was ****e, kept poking the needle back & for & kept missing or going straight thru the vein.
A few yrs back it was the same, & the bruise on my arm looked as tho a bloody horse had kicked me it was so bug!

Went for a blood test the other day & the woman doing it was an angel - needle in, 5 small vials filled, job done!! I love watching the blood filling up those vials!!
