What the hell is the body's response to colds for? Useless.
I haven't had one since before the summer before this though.

Maybe its not the temp its the way your body prepares itself due to the seasons times, hence why I said 'clock'

Ensure your body has vitamin D for the seasonal change, its a virus killer!
Also, take Echinacea tea to reduce the chance of catching a cold and help shift a cold you have. Do not have your heating on stupidly high as the change from *edit*outside*edit* cold to hot and back again encourages virus breeding.
Half a lemon, 4 tea spoons of honey and a shot of rum in a mug of hot water = bliss when you have a head cold!Last edited by 'Press Start'; 08-11-2011, 13:58.

The main reason there is *correlation* between winter and the common cold is because you spend more time indoors. And the virus does prefer an indoor enivironment.
Remember science fans, correlation does not always imply causation.
Actually *being* cold yourself has nothing to do with it. As anyone who has had a cold in summer can attest.
