Oh what a surprise! Got a message from one of my slow-ass ebay sellers, with a tale of woe involving no car and a mother in chemo. I don't think I've ever read a seller response that didn't weave me an epic sob story of Dickensian proportions.

Where do you find that out? Last time they fobbed me off and told me to take some pain killers. Pain isn't a problem, you stupid bitch (manplan), but I've got a jagged broken tooth in my ****ing mouth!

NHS direct, ask for an emergency appointment, stating how much pain you're in, they should sort something out for you, happened to me a month or so back, they rang me the next morning and said an appointment had just become available and could i get there within the hour, they did an extraction, just paid standard NHS ?17.50 (or whatever it is)
