Saboteur has frozen twice on me now at the end of a long-ish level. I'm now updating the console to the latest firmware to see if that sorts it. If not it's getting traded in sharpish.Comment

Battlefield 1943.
I bought it at launch. So many disconnects and lag that it was unplayable. I even tried to get my money back from Sony but short of actually suing them this proved impossible. Anyway, how long has this game been out now? I tried playing it a couple fo nights ago and it behaved the same as it did on launch day essentially. What a pile of crap.Comment

A current annoyance concerns certain people I know checking up on my gamerscore, achievements and trophies with disturbing regularity and trying to "profile me as a gamer" from what they see. Its crossed the line from irritating to full-blown annoying these days.
Also: people spamming me with game invites on Xbox Live was irritating earlier. If I decline the first time around then sending me six invites in a couple of minutes isn't going to make me stop playing the game I want to play so I can join yours!Last edited by Decider-VT; 23-01-2010, 07:31.Comment

People with no respect for other people's property.
Today, the girlfriend parked her car so we could shop. Came back to find some stupid (even by the standard of Japanese high school girls) high school tarts gossiping and standing next to it, and resting their Starbucks drinks on it. When I told them what I thought of that, one of them simpered that it wasn't doing any damage. Then she had the temerity to pick it up to show me that it wasn't damaging the car, and put it back down again.
