I voted on my way to work this morning. A staggering amount of people don't, which is a shame.
I have also found I have an intense dislike of David Cameron. His very existence is really starting to grate. See also the Sun "Newspaper".

I just want portly old Brown to go, he's past his best and wasn't even elected to begin with. He just ended up in the post as Blair couldn't be arsed with it anymore, stupid twat!

I voted on the way in to work this morning. The best bit was when the Clark asked the guy who'd walked in just before me if he had his card and the guy goes "Oh I'm not here to vote mate I just wondered if you had change for a fiver..."

I'll be voting this evening, not sure who I am going to vote for yet.

Who/what I want to vote for is as good as a spoiled vote up here. I'll see how cheap I feel later when deciding if I'm going to vote tactically or not.

Sigh, elections just don't feel the same without that awful D:Ream song being played everywhere.

I was wearing headphones for pitty's sake

              (and no I'm not deaf)

Edit: On a second listen, there does appear to be a brief, albeit VERY quiet scream. It's still far from a "OMG a car came within inches of hitting me" life fearing scream though

Wonder how long the election posters will be littering where I live?

My guess is sometime in July.

I am a man of lesiure today as my school is a polling station. I plan to stroll down to polling station in a bit, then take a long dinner at a nearby pub.

As for who to vote for I am still not 100%, but I think Lib Dem will get my vote and The Greens can have my council election vote.

The idea of David Cameron going in to meet heads of states from other countries fills me with fear, I doubt he has any decision making skills as all his ideas seem to come from the dark corners of the Tory party. Worse still though is the idea of George Osbourne being in charge of the countries finances.

Voted today. Trying very hard not to get involved in other people's opinions, but finding it hard not to get frustrated when people say they can't be bothered to vote.

You can't force anyone to vote... but if they don't then they have no right to complain when they don't like who's been chosen to run their country / council.

Voted but I was surprised to see no BNP option. Not that I was going to vote for them of course.

Exactly my problem. One person I've spoken to said their non-vote isn't even a protest, just they couldn't find the time to look at policies. I know full well they will be annoyed and direct anger at government if, regardless of who gets in, they do something that effects them directly.

I'm not going to force anyone to vote but it just frustrates me that people don't feel like their vote counts, so do nothing. It's a vicious cycle and needs to stop, IMO.

I'm going to randomly vote for anyone, that way it's not wasted.

Seriously, there is no one that is proposing to run the country as I see how it should be run, not even remotely. Which is why I''ll toss a coin and either choose Green Peace or BNP.

Voted for the first time ever this morning, quick and easy as the polling station was the street across from me

I'm going to add Harry Redknapp to the bottom of the ballot paper and vote for him

                                Either that or Lib Dem
