Has there ever been a more perfect match of game and system than plants v zombies on
iPad, Such a good game it survived the small iPhone but this is the ultimate version of it, i completed it and opened all mini games up on PC but am now compelled to do it all again, the multi touch is so much more precise than using a mouse or trackball.

Loving the HD updates of harbour master and flight control too, really benefit from the extra screen space.

Uh yeah Harbour master and flight control, not games I want to be playing. Reminds me of flash games. I have consoles for games and. Definitely didn't buy it for a gaming device.

In Norway we can't buy film or TV shows on Itunes, is there any way to copy DVD's to the Ipad? HTML5 Youtube is superb, so I think this is a great device for films. (Despite the lack of widescreen)

Handbrake works great if you have a Mac.

I bought one of the slim Apple Bluetooth keyboards to pair with my iPad (might pair it with my PS3 as well actually). Works really well. Especially if you want to type any emails longer than a few sentences, or even post on forums.... (am using it now). Also stops the ipad keyboard from appearing over half the screen.

Bought it off some macspareparts guy on ebay for £45. Seems to be a 2007 model, which as far as I can tell uses 3 batteries instead of 2 that the newer ones use. Works a treat though.

(Yeah, yeah, I could use a laptop, but I can tuck this keyboard away for the majority of the time).

The keyboard dock is pretty cool too, but £55, bleh, and you should be able to mount the iPad on it horizontally as well as vertically.

The vertical thing is what put me off that tbh. I have my ipad locked in horizontal mode. That, and I use it on my lap so it wouldn't work anyway hehe

i got a mail from Rovio as mailed them to complain that Angry Birds HD is still not running after latest update, a problem it seems many are having (but I don't understand on a closed format why everybody isn't)

Apparently its a low memory issue and they put a patch to Apple last Thursday to resolve it, in the meantime running the game with the iPad in airplane mode resolves the issue. don't delete and re-install unless you want to lose your save file.

Low memory issues are a bit of a problem for me on the iPad. Often when I get no videos in games, its due to low memory. Tend to reboot the thing every day or two.

Yup, mine is also locked in vertical. Its not been rebooted in about 2-3 weeks now however. But I tend to look at the app store, have a little surf and go back to the laptop.
