Since the OS update ive found it to be much better, if a video struggles in the app go back, then back in and it loads fast & fine.

I have noticed that youtube via the browser doesnt work at all now every video says flash required where before it was hit & miss.

I really like my iPad, but streaming video is kinda a big deal for sofa surfing...

I was hopeful it would be resolved in the new iOs.

Apple support say it's the router. I don't have issues streaming to PC/Laptop/PS3 or even HD movies on 360, so I can't understand that it is just my router's fault.

Has everyone enabled the free mobileme find my ipad service? Its free after all and actually quite cool.

You can send a message to it, wipe it completely, see where it is etc.

Enabled it for my 3GS, though had to borrow a friends iP4 to set it up. Was quite handy as I forgot to wipe my faulty 3GS and remote wiped it whilst it was at the Apple store. I do keep sending myself messages on it and seeing if it finds where my iphone is (usually I'm next to it!).

Still debating whether to get an iPad or not, I can't until end of Jan anyway. By that time iPad2 will be closer. Though I still may decide to get a MBA 11".

Oh, tried a Samsung Tab today - without sounding too much like an Apple Whore Fanboy I thought it was ****e. Very sluggish in it's operation, doesn't look polished like iOS. Smaller form factor and screen ratio doesn't work for me. I was one that wanted a 7" iPad as well.

Possibly may be getting an iPad in the next few days - Probably will go for the 16gb wifi version for cheapness. I don't really want to sign up for a 3g service and I find I can get a fair amount to free wifi. Probably will be more of a home iPad rather than a device to take out.

I'm waiting to see if ipad2 really does have cameras and skype/FaceTime support. For me that is a massive deal clincher as I regularly video chat with family back in the UK. If it does I may even buy on launch.

Found a dead pixel on mine yesterday ffs, It might even be two but I think the other one is a tiny bit of dust to be honest.

Neither bother me massively but I am tempted to sell it for say 350 and then get a 32GB model instead. Just wondering if I can be bothered.

Wait a couple of months for iPad 2. I think I might sell mine a month or two before and upgrade if the specs tick all the right boxes.

Decided to get a 32gb instead, though couldn't get it today. As for iPad 2 I'm not too sure when it'll be out, after all for some territories it's only just come out.

Oh btw What cases are you guys using at the moment. Not overly keen about the official Apple one. Seems to attract dust on all the ones I've seen.

I orginally bought a Macally case (cost approx £35), it looked nice but was badly made and the seams started the break after a month of use. Bought a official Apple case from a work colleague and havent looked back since, its much better made, and feels like its actually going to protect the Ipad as well as look half decent.

I chose the x-gear folio over the macally and its held up for months so far, I like it.

My ipad went in for a replacement or repair today due to the 1 dead pixel, which is good I guess, bit sad they couldn't just replace it there and then but oh wells.
