It's the recharging station for my keitai sousakan seven figure, you can see his recharging cord going onto him on the left. Powers the figure up allowing his display to light & be able to speak, also doubles as a storage box for all the spare hands/faces. The one on the right has no face as thats the real phone one so there is nothing when there's no power.

Yeah not the most compact design, is tv series authentic though. Thankfully i could shove it under a plinth so i didnt lose display space.

Now that Superman ArtFX is out Koto have shown the very, very early prototype of Wonder Woman ArtFX off

Koto also showed the Brown Costume Wolverine which looks nice. Still ridiculous that they have made 3 different Wolverines already.

I still can't get decent pictures of Daredevil lol, really annoying me!

Heres the pics of the Sideshow WOW Blood Elf Rogue Vs Draenei Paladin diorama i fixed up, can you spot the repairs? lol. It's a fantastic piece, very dynamic and stands around 18 inches tall.

                  Looking good.

By all accounts this is the art that was used for the design...

Been wanting this for ages as i like GI Joe in general and i always thought this was one of the most dynamic dioramas i'd seen, s o picked it up last week for a decent price.

First thing is it's huge and really heavy. The base that the whole thing sits on is about 19 inches long and 15 inches wide and even though the diorama is only around 12 inches high the huge footprint of it gives it a great presence.

It's just that killer pose that sells it, it really conveys movement, i especially like how Snake Eyes cutting the Ninjas sword is so well done.

                    Overall just a fantastic diorama.

                        Awesome Alex, that looks lovely.

I've admired that from afar for a long time.
I also really like the Zartan / Flint Diorama.

I've done so well avoiding Gi Joe stuff but the current PF's are really tempting.
The Baroness & Cobra Commander look fantastic
Much to your disgust I'm really tempted by the Sideshow 1/6th "dolls" as well

It really isn't. The cut stone in the BG is one big piece as is the wooden part they are fighting on, they both simply sit on the base ( no pegging or magnets ), the sliced bit of stone is permanently attached to the wooden part and then the 2 Ninjas peg into the wooden part and Snake Eyes pegs into the fallen Ninja. It's just a case then of putting in all the sword hands with on are on magnets. The packaging from Sideshow is so good you would really have to do a number on it to damage the contents.

You could actually display him without the huge base underneath and it would fit in a detolf, but wheres the fun in that

Yeah i've got my eye on the other 2 Dioramas too, the Flint Vs Zartan one has been in stock at sideshow for forever even the EX.

The cobra Commander PF is so damn nice and CDUK have it for ?200 posted i've been super tempted witht hat too lol.

Would like to get the Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow statues too but Snake Eyes price has gone through the roof.

I don't mind the 1/6 figures of GI Joe because that's what i had as a kid so i can understand people buying the 1/6 figures now. Actually over on the SS Freaks boards all the Gi Joe forum is 1/6 stuff and they look on in disgust at the statues and dioramas lol.

Yep that Zartan Flint one just doesn't seem like it's ever going to sell out.
I might grab it at some point

Wow that's good at CDUK for CC.
I really like that & with a price that good & their layaway scheme I might just fold

Yeah I've seen them just go for bonkers money these days.

Hooooray!!!! a 1/6th line you appreciate lol
My brother was the big GI Joe (Action Force to us) fan but obviously I had my fair share of figures & vehicles
Our Garden Rockery was the site of many long drawn out epic battles lol

                              Ah those were the days.
Wish we still got half the stuff the US get for the GI Joe line

I should really grab him a 1/6th Flint or Cobra Commander for his birthday this year
