what do you mean its not funny if i have to explain it
Yeah, he purchased some things off me. Really nice guy who is just trying to get a collection together. I see no harm in asking if the prices can be better, considering the amount he is buying it makes all the difference.

Nope not really i certainly don't, people that sell on here usually have stuff pretty cheap to start with so i just pay the asking price if it's something im after. Haggling on something that's already crazily cheap comes across as rude, this isn't AV forums.

Ive sold a lot on here and get a lot of haggling, over price, i don't mind it as its normally only a littel bit under the asking price, i thought it was just the norm.

Its really not rude of him at all. Considering the amount of money he's spending to put his collection back together its not a lot to ask someone to round a price down. Had a good time at evilBoris house in Leeds earlier in the year (awesome guys) where superking spent a small fortune, didn't have any problems with rounding the price down on additional purchases?

If the item is a few quid then he doesn't bother, however, he's spent hundreds with people (one person closing in on 1k), so im not really sure what your problem is?

Wow way to not read what i said & just jump in, i never said he was rude in fact i made no mention of him at all you just assumed. Show me where i even mentioned superking? <--besides just now here

I have seen people over the years sell games for literally nothing and have people haggling them down by a few quid now that is rude behaviour as it's already stupidly cheap. I wasn't referring to expensive items where a few quid wouldn't really matter im on about things that are been sold for hardly anything & people still wanting money off. Lowballing on already cheap items is a dick move.

I'd say 90% of the sales I've done on here everyone always wants a quid or two knocked off.

I don't mind when people are buying a few items but when they want one thing and it's ?6 and they want it for ?5, it really annoys me. lol.

I've had a few people ask me to reduce the price. I normally just say no. Easy enough. I don't think there's any harm in asking though, unless it's a daft lowball that just wastes the seller's time.

Apologies Importaku you actually copped it for speedlolita there. This heat is cooking my brain at work.

I totally agree with low balling on small transactions too. If it's a few quid just buy it if your interested. For big amounts make a sensible offer so as not to waste anyone's time.

Any lowballing on my stuff and I just ignore them. Easy to do as Charles says.

The prices here are normally less than ebay and far less grief too, so I just stump up the asking price. Overall, you've won every time here

Yup. I've had nothing but good experiences on here when purchasing, superking too. Not that I buy much gaming stuff nowadays, but I always check the for sale thread for my wants when I do.

Poor show to those making it personal. I've been trading here for 10 years and its give and take.

Lost about 40 minutes work because MS Word decided all of a sudden that it was an unlicensed copy in spite of my account saying my subscription was active and fine. On to the chat help and they said just to use the activation option, which didn't exist. After making me look for other things which didn't exist, she looked for permission to access my machine so she could sort it remotely. Reluctantly did that and she promptly went looking in all the same places for those options that didn't exist.

At one point she actually opened up Google and typed in looking for how to uninstall MS Office. Not even joking, she actually googled it.

Eventually she had to uninstall everything and reinstall the Office software before it would work. End of ordeal. Then she asked if I'd fill out a feedback form. No problem. So she showed me where it was and it was open in front of me. Hang on, I wrote (we were communicating via Wordpad messages on my desktop at this point), you're still watching my desktop. I'm not going to fill it out while you watch. At which point she appeared to panic and ended the remote session but closed every other window in the process meaning I couldn't fill out the feedback.

Worst quiz of the term and I bump into the lecturer after walking out of the classroom. Typical.
