DC comics tweeted a picture of their newest Green Lantern comic. It is so unbelievably godawful, I struggle to see how anyone approved it. Awful drawing, details unclear, awkward posing and yet this is sitting on a cover from one of the world's most well known comic publishers. And from what I have heard, it can be really difficult to get into comics. Now I don't know who the artist is and there are many reasons why it might not be as good as they wanted (especially time pressures) so it would be wrong of me to give them a hard time but the publishers should have more quality control. I love comics as a storytelling form but am generally not into most comics because I just feel they churn out one derivative book after another with no love. This cover just reaffirms that.

Haven't DC followed an incredible questionnable path in the recent years? I'm a complete outsider when it comes to American comics, but from what I know, it appears that they are desperately trying to increase their market share with more than dubious storyline choices and character changes.

I too am a cyclist and a car driver and I have noticed 'professional cyclists) eg those with all the gear on/expensive racing bike etc, essentially blocking a full lane of traffic by cycling 2 and in some cases 3 abreast. Is this legal?

Ah the Sunday Tour de tits, i cycle myself but these are a breed apart. You always see them in groups and there always wearing clothes that assault the eyes. while I understand the theory of making the clothes bright so they are safe they take it to far, beating complementary colour theory to death and dragging its disemboweled lifeless body along the roads of the UK.

Postage was ?7.45 so taking into account eBay fees, packing materials etc I've sent the game for free and eBay has charged me around ?1 for the pleasure

It seems as if people that aren't your friends cannot tag photos on Facebook. Kinda annoying when I wanted people to tag themselves in a folder I made. :/

EDIT: I think it might be so people are encouraged to network or something on second thought, eww!
