She has no one to blame but herself, she knows she has bad knees but still insists on Squatting with weight for reps so I have no compassion that she blew her knee out.

It now makes my life more miserable as she hobbles about on crutches & whinges & does even less with Chloe than usual.
Not looking forward to hobbling round the shops on Saturday with the invalid

Cleaning up sick first thing in the morning. Usually it would be dog sick, but for a change it was a 2 year old.

Hah! If only that were the half. On Sunday I was also cleaning up my own spew and my 2 year olds, whilst listening to my missus retch in the bathroom (probably at the decor) and my other son crying because he's got the squits.

Pretty sure anyone visiting us in the future should don a Hazmat suit.

Still all over with now bar the stabbing guts ache. Thank god the water board decided to switch the water supply off to our village today and not the weekend. It's 3rd world-tastic.
