My AMP doesn't have it either. I don't mind stereo at least, the main issue is the tinny sound from the speakers on the TV. I might just have to go AV from the headphone socket. :-/

Yeah, route the audio from your TV to your amp. There's no need to use your TV speakers. Connect from the headphone socket on your TV to red/white sockets on your amp.

Ah, summer. The first sign of clement weather and the loud music starts downstairs, all bloody afternoon. The local chavs have even hired a bouncy castle and I keep thinking about the air rifle in the next room. I'm getting tired of people being inconsiderate.

Why couldn't people have a party/play music on a summer afternoon? Different thing if it would continue until morning, but afternoon?

Because your party should not be everyones party.

That's how I do it. PS3 too. Line out of my Dell U2410 into my amplifier, then the consoles share the same channel.

I've current run a cable from the headphone socket to my av. Ordered another phone cable to go from av out in tv to my av. Hopefully I can at least get basic surround.

This. I really don't mind if people have a barbecue downstairs or a gathering of some sort but it's right between two blocks of flats in a residential area and they have a PA system. Just let that sink in for a minute. Why does a party of twenty or so people even need a PA system to listen to their music?

My wife and I are really considerate neighbours but we're understandably fed up with not being able to do something as simple as having the windows open on a hot day during summer. It used to be such a quiet area, too. Of course, the worst crime is their taste in music as well!

Hmmm, well I know that you love happy hardcore techno house, so it can't be that they're playing.

Oh, of course. I had to spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing with a glass of pinot noir, soothing freshly shattered nerves with repeated listens of "Hyper Hyper" to counteract the grim expression etched across my face.

Gave my Day one copies of Tales of Graces f and Xillia to my cousin to get signed at London comic con when I thought I couldn't go. Told him I'd be going and he can leave them for me to get signed, he still got them signed and just gave them back to me, tatty as hell and the signatures are partially smudged off... feel to throw them away and search for new D1s on ebay.
