Good riddance to an incompetent arsehole. He treated our education system like his own ideological playground, and frankly, his wholesale seizure of public-owned land deeds and their subsequent gifting to private academies is a national scandal, and he should be charged with treason. The archetypal Tory scumbag - out of touch, without a clue about the profession he was in charge of, and whose main priority was to milk a state asset for the benefit of his rich mates.

Got a new job!!

Start as an Assistant Manager for a Screwfix branch in early August.

Went to the assessment day last week to be greeted by my old Gamestation Regional Manager and three Store Managers I used to work with.

It was meant to be!!

My son has a 1-2-1 SEN Teaching Assistant for most hours of the week and we've found the women ('cos 95% of them are women) that do the job tend to do it for the love of helping the kids rather than the money - which is just as well, know what sort of money they earn. Good on her k0pp0.
