Normally a bit faster on the ping, but seems to be faster dl than normal recently.

I'm not sure if the positives outweigh the negatives... The PS3 wired only picks up a 7mb connection but 32mb on sky.

How important is upload speed when playing say an MMORPG?

After a argument with Claire at virgin when she complained I was talking over her and later admitted she was interrupting me I got a free upgrade.

We're getting a free upgrade from Virgin too, from 20mb to 30mb, mainly due to saying we were leaving than anything else. Just waiting for the super-hub thing to arrive later in the week. Every little helps

When speaking to Virgin the other night, complained about signal dropping once an hour for about three minutes, they said it's a known fault in our area and we would be credited with ?7.50 each month until it's fixed, which they said probably wouldn't be until end of April at the earliest.

I've ditched the TV and phone but am sticking with the internet (60mb). The service has been fairly smooth, and they've always been straight with me on the phone. No complaints... though I would sacrifice some of that 60mb for better upload speed.
