To be fair to them...the dullards who trot out these incorrect facts (the next person to tell me a ducks quack doesn't echo will be murdered) probably do only use 10% of their brain.

Tortured over whether to buy a game digitally on the 3DS store or actually take a trip into a shop to get it. Games are getting thinner on the ground here so there is nowhere close by that I can nip to in a few minutes. So I could pay for it on 3DS and I buy a lot of games digitally so I'm no stranger to that but I find myself more reluctant with full retail 3DS games given the lack of account system. Might just wait it out and go pick up a physical copy tomorrow but I'm irked that I feel like I could be playing it now and yet won't do it.

I will be sinking serious time into it. It's the new Theatrhythm game. Why do you recommed going digital? It's funny, I do it more with my Vita but have only bought one full retail game on 3DS. I'm still more traditional on that... not entirely certain why but I know I don't like the fear of having my 3DS die and losing my games.

My irk for the day.
Pay and display machines that construct their prices so you need just more than a single coin.

Banning spitting is ludicrous and more than a bit police-statey. More importantly, there are much bigger problems in the same area. Despite there supposedly being fines in place, there is dog **** everywhere. How about sorting that problem out before moving onto things that are both ridiculous and impossible to enforce. To class spitting as littering is so demented I don't know what to say. What about people walking along the street smoking? They give people cancer AND litter. Bigger fish, no?
