My smile: Installing Linux. Seriously, they've got it down pat. I can even VNC in to deal with the install remotely. I'm on lunch now in the canteen doing just that.
In fact, Linux in general. Considering how user-friendly Windows is supposed to be, Linux often runs fine and works with all the hardware(especially network and wireless adapters) once it's booted. Windows can be a pain in that respect(although I prefer an insecure Windows install not being allowed loose on the company network until it's locked down a bit!) but they're getting better.
Still, at least Windows 7 doesn't sit there waiting with a bunch of TCP/IP setup questions ten minutes in like XP and older used to! That was annoying!
