.gov email i got last night said the schools won't be closing, then one of my staff comes in this morning says they are in our area?

So whats the actual facts here?

Schools will be shut unless the parent is a key worker. They will pick some schools to act as a single host school. Other schools may open for lunches only.

Though unlikely, if things did settle down in July/August they really should consider opening the next school year early to compensate.

Your kids are still getting school work though, right? Our kids have been off this week and get emails in the morning with everything they need to do each day and they send the work back to school as they do it.

Ours will be sent learning packs but it could be on the other side of Easter

The photocopiers are practically white hot here, it's like sheets of hot rolled steel flying out arl ower none stop.

The reprographics lady has to dip the sheets of paper into a bucket of water before she can collate them.
