I will be staying open and shipping.
    DHL are staying in operation.
My suppliers are still delivering ingredients.
    I can still make stock.
Staff have been isolating themselves and only coming to work which is good.

I’ve no reason to stop as long as the above factors hold.

All healthy businesses at the moment, if they are ordered to shut down, their done as well, myself included.

Were headed for a depression so bad it will make the 1920’s look like a holiday.

All because of lack of planning by the gov yet again.
I'm shut down, I'll be coming back.

Good news that takeaways can stay open.

I called this place Hoarders Town when the name was changed.

Imagine if the NHS needed donations from nerds. "Well doc, I have no food or medicines, but here's 300 copies of Altered Beast - anyone who plays it will realise things could be worse and life is worth living. This is an official Sega scart lead, it will let you guys see the virus in a sharper image. Finally, this is a limited edition CAPCOM Ryu headband one of only 200 - it will level you up times 100 in doctoring skills. You must not wear shoes, or the abilities won't work. GODSPEED, doc!".

I have a lot of anxiety caused by just how vague the message is when it is applied to an even slightly complicated residential situation. Like a lot of people, I don't have particularly simple living arrangements, though a lot more simple than many. I currently split my time more-or-less equally between my parents and my girlfriend and sleep at both places. It's a good system that allows me to make sure everyone is OK - helping everyone out. Without going into detail, it's important for the well-being of everyone that I am physically there for a large amount of the week. It's impossible to take care of everything via Skype. It's also not practical for us all to live in the same place for various reasons from pet allergies to not having enough room at either property.

However, if I'm driving over to stay with my girlfriend, am I going to be stopped by the police and forced back the house on my driving licence? I'm not worried about the proposed £30 fines, they can give me as many as they can fit in my pocket. My worry is that we'll see something where the restrictions tighten up and I'm now being stopped at an army roadblock and effectively being told I can't go to somebody who needs me as I need to return to my singular "home".

Not being given the proper clarity I need so I can solve the situation is why I'm sat up here at 3am typing this. I imagine a lot of part-time carers, divorced parents, couples who constantly fall out, etc. are in the same boat and it's not helpful.

If your in a city then i can see a curfew coming into effect by the army soon. If your rural I wouldn’t worry too much about your kind of situation.

Everyone just needs to use common sense in this situation.

If you can work from home do so, if you can’t use guidelines put in place by gov to stay compliant and keep your distance from co workers etc etc.

It's a weird feeling watching things in the UK unfold from here in Japan, where it's business as usual for the most part.

I live near a market street and it was less packed than usual this weekend but nowhere near what I expected. I saw footage of Shinjuku park being jam-packed, too. The trains are just as busy. Luckily I commute out from Tokyo so my train is usually pretty empty anyway.

We've been doing our grocery shopping online and getting extra staples like rice and pasta just in case. I think we should up our game a bit - a lock-down would be bad enough, but there's always the threat of an earthquake to really shake things up.

My wife's been working from home since the last week of February and will continue through early April, whereas at my company we were only advised to work from home if possible. Even that only lasted a few weeks before everyone was back at work.

I reckon we need a confirmed case in the office for something drastic to happen.

The Argos catalog is no longer the laminated book of dreams. I reckon those things are what kicked all this off. Do they have Argos in China?

Don't worry Marty, he will get a nice fat bail out from the gov while all the small business are told to get on with it. Supercar insurance is expensive these days, don't want him going without do we.
