Its an absolute laughing stock. At one point he's being questioned about Pirates and if he's seen Willy Wonka. It's awesome. The guy was rendered obsolete.Comment

-Heard Witness 01 = Orthopedic Surgeon: Stated that Depp's account of his finger injury wasn't true, that his injury was consistent with it being slammed between two hard object but not like a heavy glass bottle hitting it against a wooden counter. Depp's defence out the gate had him confirm he had misrepresented Depp's injury scenario and is paid thousands for his testimony with a history of providing services for Heard. Also that he was unaware of several key details of the scenario in evidence that oppose his testimony. His testimony also contradicted Heard's.
-Heard Witness 02 = Psychiatrist: Testified that Depp's behaviour is consistent with those who inflict intimate partner violence. Quickly became wound up under questioning. Also stated Depp displayed the traits of narcissism and the entire court cases exists just on that ego trip. He has never spoken to Depp and was spotlighted for providing professional opinion/diagnosis without assessment therefore malpractice. The trap also caught Dr Hughes prior testimony rendering it mute as she also never assessed Depp. They talked him into stating that Cluster B traits are a huge sign of risk of an abuser. Also that Borderline Personality Disorder would be a risk factor and to a lesser degree Histrionic BPD. They got him to openly confirm only Heard has been diagnosed with all these representing a massive fail for Heard's team as another of Heard's own witnesses damages her case. This is the same witness who stated he based his POV of Depp on his performance as Jack Sparrow and TV adverts.
-Heard Witness 03 = Entertainment Consultant and Expert Witness for Hire: An overview of Depp's career and hearsay over what Hollywood was saying about him before the op-ed. This clanger really winded an already weak testimony when she turned to Heard's team and said:
She effectively argued that Depp would still have a career if he'd just let Heard call him an abuser.
Warner Bros will also be angry about this testimony as she openly shared spoilers for Aquaman 2
We are likely at the end of Heard's side now as this witness has no knowledge at all, she's just repeating internet news sites and is a paid to be bias witness. Her argument is Depp lost nothing as films like Pirates 6 don't exist, also that Heard lost leading major films and a Hollywood AAA career as they... don't exist. She's a film expert... but isn't familiar with Star Trek, MCU, DCU, Fast and Furious etc films.
Starting tomorrow Heard's team have 4 hours remaining of court time
Depp's team has 16 hours remaining
Depp's team are therefore lining up their guns:
The flight attendant will slaughter Heard's account of abuse, Hamada will clear all the WB debate, Tremaine will prove Heard was the media leak, Howell will wipe Whitney Heards testimony away and paint a very dark picture for Heard and Neumeister will use meta data to prove evidence fraud by Heard.

One observation I had too was the reduced and even complete absence of any objections from Heards team during Cross Exam. Witness 2 had no objections at all and the others had maybe a handful. It's like they just don't care anymore.Comment

It's playing out exactly the same, a media let dismissal of evidence they don't like. If the trial wasn't streamed this would be one of the most high profile gaslighting incidents recorded. It's telling as well as this is no longer a straight forward he said she said scenario either. Was on YouTube this morning and a video of this came on in the auto queue, it was some guy being asked about Willy Wonka and pirates. What struck me was the dumbness of absolutely everyone involved. The witness, the legal teams, everyone. It felt like a bunch of ****ty actors who had watched some legal TV show and were trying to reenact it. Badly.Comment

From Depp's team it's worked really well. What sounds like nonsense at times has always turned out to be a bit of a conversational loop that has led the witness away from their pre-prepared lines so that when they dovetail back into the key info they've exposed that they actually know sod all or have openly lied.
As for the witnesses, well, for the last few weeks they've been Heard's so they literally have been people paid to lie on the standComment
