-Witness 01: Walter Hamada, President of DC Content for Warner Bros Studios - Testified that Depp was not the reason Heard didn't receive a pay rise for Aquaman 2, that she was never set to get more than her contracted amount and that her role was never intended to be larger than it is. He confirmed they discussed recasting her and that this was due to chemistry with Momoa.

-Witness 02: Dr Kaulber, Plastic Surgeon - Worked on repairing Depp's severed finger. Described the surgery, largely seemed present to evidence that Heard's abuse claim whilst Depp had a cast on was unlikely due to the practicalities of wearing it.

-Witness 03: Richard Marks, Entertainment Attorney - Immediately discredited Heard's expert witness who took all her information from IMDB and the likes. He laid out Heard's status in her career and its lack of expansion following Aquaman but before her counter claim cites.

-Witness 04: Michael Spindler, Accountant - Also discredited the expert Hollywood witness of Heard's. Assessed Heard's earnings and quoted her potential compensation over 2013-2019 at around $10m

-Witness 05: Not sure his name, sounds like Baunyer, IP Value Consultant - Compared Waldmans statements against social media traffic providing visual data diagram evidence to confirm that there was no correlation between the two with most of Heard's alleged Depp led defamation coming before the statements were issued but instead when the initial evidence of Heard as an abuser emerged and then her rehiring for Aquaman 2. Also an analysis of popularity via online traffic citing Heard is hugely less popular than the other stars she has been compared to in court.

-Witness 06: Morgan Night, Independent Eye Witness owner of Trailer Palace - Stated that Heard's claim of Depp falling out with Heard, performing a cavity search and trashing a trailer never happened. He observed Heard kick off with Depp and left saying he couldn't stay to watch her argue with Depp because he's been in emotionally abusive relationships himself so it was triggering to watch. He described Depp as visibly fearing Heard. This resulted in Heard's team admitted a tweet as evidence but the tweet actually acts as evidence directly indicating Heard lied proving to be a huge fail for the team.

-Witness 07: Dr Shaw, Psychiatrist - Countered the malpractice tier testimony from Heard's witness yesterday.

-Witness 08: Jennifer Howell, Whitney Heard's former best friend - This is the person who has texts from Whitney confirming Heard was physically assaulting her sister but this testimony was discarded as Heard's team managed to bat this one out of evidence, presumably on hearsay grounds

-Witness 09: CHLA , Childrens Hospital - Confirming that Heard lied about making her donation to them


Heard appeared to be setting cross questions for her lawyers rather than letting the team lead. The focus was completely removed from the abuse and focused on her counter lawsuit $100m claim evidence.

Depp on the stand again. I think this is a clever move by his team. He hasn't really said anymore than he already had, but Heards team can't afford not to take the opportunity to cross exam him again. And he'll be instructed to waffle and time waste to run their clock down.

One thing I've just learned, after watching an analysis of the case, is that if the Jury has evidence presented to them proving that a witness lied in court, then they are instructed to dismiss all evidence presented by that witness. Interesting...

More of the same today, the closest it came to a wobble was the exchange about the texts that don't look great for Depp but to be honest are in line with prior texts seen by the court so I'm not sure they will move the needle much. It will reverse later if Depp's team come back around to it as it states on the messages they were ones received by Depp, not sent meaning Heard's team misrepresented them. Plus, Heard couldn't resist a tad more poor acting during that bit either so a low but passable.

Heard genuinely smirks and smiles every time a description of her abusing Depp is given

All turned when the Judge allowed the ex-TMZ employee to testify: Heard leaked the videos to TMZ herself, had edited the videos, was paid to hand exclusivity ownership to TMZ, she tipped them to her being at the courthouse to get the restraining order and instructed she would turn to show off the alleged bruise. This cuts through a lot of her testimony by proving she manipulates media to target Depp.

The meta data expert with a resume that is decades beyond questioning. Heard's photographic evidence has gone through extensive photoshop editing on PC then placed back through her phone. He also called out Heard has submitted the same photo multiple time as separate incident exhibits having edited the image for each accusation.

Last witness was a cop who arrested Heard in 2009 for assault.

The TMZ employee really nailed her. Depps team were clever with the questions too. He couldn't legally state who sent the video to him but he did say that the only way the copyright and video could be turned round and put on the website in 30 minutes is if it came directly from the video creator... AH in this case.

Not sure if it's true yet but rumble is Heard will take the stand again today.

If so I presume it's an attempt by her to make one more cry face masterclass performance for jury sympathy. Heard's team only has 1hr of time left though so it would be a massive risk as Depp's team would be able to hold her for hours.

They need to present, I think, 3 witnesses to the counter claim too. I think they'll run out of time.
If heard takes the stand Depps team will hit her full force with the mountain of evidence against her.

It's hack city in Heard's teams last hour of testimony. Feels like they're wasting it as they have absolutely nothing left in the tank and simply want to ram old points into the jury's ears even though those saying it are without any reasonable creditability.... worked for Trump I guess
