^ Indeed. Perhaps Musk can be persuaded to take a well-deserved holiday to France?

It's the first interview she's given, so it's got a bit more traction than some other candidates that like hearing their own voices explaining they are a stable genius.
It wasn't anything revelatory, but didn't score any own-goals, more importantly.
Trump's review was "boring", but maybe politics shouldn't be explosions and bluster?

She's doing a bit of a Starmer playbook on some of these issues, her vague answers on 'uplifting the middle class' and on climate change were weak - there's no getting around that. It's obvious that she's playing softly softly catchy monkey with a view to not alienating swing state voters who might be tempted to abstain or vote Trump if she appears too progressive. Very similar to how Labour handled drawing previous Tory voters in our last election cycle. It's also disappointing that she's rolled back her positions on fracking and Medicare For All.
If it gets her into the White House though, it'll have been the right call. The risk of Trump winning is enormous. And we can only hope a Harris win might pave the way to bolder progressive policies in future administrations (AOC 2040 anyone?).
I did really like how she handled the question about Trump's references to her race - basically just saying 'same old tired playbook' and refusing to engage - and how she elided the matter of her being the first female president entirely, instead framing her run in terms of her being the best choice to lead America.
I'm also glad that she's finally done a proper interview, which takes that away from Trump/Vance as a stick to beat her with.

Anyway, digital censorship is a battle they can't win. Even China gave up on that one in the end, and I doubt the Chinese are anywhere near as feisty as the Brazilians.

If you're thinking you've seen that Onion page before, you have.
In response to a mass shooting, they post the same article with just a few names changed.
The first post was in 2014 and the one today in relation to the Winder, Georgia highschool shooting, was the 37th time they've posted it, according to the Wiki page about it.
