Indeed. As much as I love this place, I could write a series of books about the insane, illogical things here that can't just be passed off as 'cultural differences'.

It’s not just videogames so doesn’t really answer your question but I would recommend Yodobashi Camera, it is right next to the station and just a huge (god knows how many floors but for example bigger than Selfridges) emporium of electronics of every shape and form. Can’t remember what floor the videogames are on but I went completely mad in there and bought loads of stuff.
I imagine you may want more specific shops though which I shall leave others to recommend. Wherever you get to you’ll love it but yr credit card won’t…lol!

Njoy...

Will ask again as everyone seemed to have missed it.
Quick question, has anyone on here applied for working holiday visas more than once? If so on the second time (after previously having one) was it accepted and if it was denied what happened?
I have heard of a few people having 2 (and even 3) working holiday visas even though the rules state you can only have one. I had mine 7 years ago now and am thinking of applying for another one but I want to know what the risks are and if I am unlucky and get refused what the consequences be. Unfortunately I have a very very uncommon surname so if they decide to look my name up on their system and Im still on it it will be very easy to spot me on there.
