Impressively, we end the season away to Hull City on May 9th, with World Cup 2010 starting a month later. Didn't know you could sart and end away.

Players had not been linked so much in the past for thesimple reason that the squad was not good enough for people to be worried about their place, and so sound out moves or negotiations. Also, our 1st team foreign players seem quite connected to the club itself and so nobody thinks they could get them. Closest we have had is alonso and agger recently.
The Torres one is obviously made up; Masch LOVES the club; others are probably true.

I think it's a Liverpool thing. Said it since I was a kid. It's funny to use still as an adult, with added put-on scouse harsh accent for extra bossness effect. Like you mancs alway say "mad for it!" or "I'm a proper qweg!" lol.
