I really hope this goes ahead in Scotland and is a resounding success, bringing increased attendances etc.. Germany and other European countries already have safe standing with no problems, but those in power here still dismiss it out of hand usually. Having it be a resounding success just over the border would make it harder to ignore. It'd help boost the atmosphere at stadiums and could make tickets more affordable to those who have been priced out of the game.

Good job prinny wasn't at the Sunderland game today.
Shocking penalty decision for one but what a complete tosser Bendtner is. Lazy, uninterested and totally unwilling to 'get stuck in'. No wonder Arsenal shipped him out on loan - he's absolute gash. For someone who's 6ft 5 he wins sod all in the air too. Poor old Sess worked his backside off all game but got no support at all from that useless chump. And McClean should have been on from the start.

Gonna look on the positive side of Spurs draw, one point gained on both Manchester clubs. If we can win our game in hand we'll only be three points off the top. We won't win the league but it's nice to be up there at the moment!

The problem wasnt sunderlands defensive play, but rather city's toothless, wasteful attacking play....which just lacked any real urgency until it was too late.
