Max Payne 3 for ?15 was a decent buy for me. There's another game I won't play for a year or so probably!

Toy Soldiers for me. GFWL should help people make their decision with this one (either to avoid or to be an achievement whore ).

Almost bought Alan Wake American Nightmare, but it's Steamworks and I expect Gamersgate to match that price within a few months, so I'll get it from there for the discounts and store credits and experience and stuff.

Comes in at about ?25, which is half my budget for the sale, a budget I will no doubt exceed.

The sale this summer is the best i think Steam has done. I love all the new deals that change every few hours. So far i have brought Dead Island and Two Worlds 2, though i can see me spending a good amount more over the next week.
