They're atrocious when it comes to shipping - and oftentimes what they have listed is not the same as what you receive, even though they have the same stock code...

Example:
Ordered Hori Soul Calibur 2 Arcade Stick
Received: PS2 Fatal Frame 2.

Similar? Methinks not. And then I had to go through a longwinded return and credit etc etc.

Seriously. Shop elsewhere.

Movietyme.com are doing US DS Games for quite cheaper than some places with free delivery I believe.

There are others but the savings, aren't too great.

I've bought DVD's from them over the ?18 limit and never been charged any Import Tax so far, touch wood.

I don't know whether they mark down or not.
