Is that only usable once? Or can it be used multiple times on the same account?

On tesco you can get Toca 2 on the PSP for ?12.57. Until the end of today.

I think its one account so you'll have to register a new account to use it again.

Not much of a saving that, amazon have the SE for ?39 as well.

Would it be worth cancelling and going with Amazon then? The dispach date on Tesco.com is now Dec 2nd. Would amazon get it to me on launch day?

Something to do with the way their system handles preorders/backorders IIRC. I think I read about it in an email posted either here or at rllmuk. I'll see if I can find it.
