I'm surprised Virgin can manage to get any orders right anymore - right now I'm wondering whether or not I'll ever see my duplicate copy of the Orange box that they "supposedly" dispatched to me almost a fortnight ago now that was billed for around the same time. My queries are going unreplied to and it's impossible to get through to them by phone.

I had/have the same problem with a copy of Touch Bomberman DS I ordered a while ago, ordered 17th Sept dispatched 15th Oct apparently.. no sign of it yet, rang last tuesday and got through, they said it'd now been discountinued (no suprise) but mine had been dispatched in October but may have got lost in the postal strikes like they said "hundreds of other orders" had and they would refund my money in a few days (wow £5 great..) but it still hasn't come through yet..* recieved this morning.

I had a similar problem about 3 weeks back. Ordered 2 MS Points cards but only 1 was dispatched. Couldn't get thru on the phone so e-mailed them. Took about 2 1/2 weeks before they replied but they do get back to you eventually....pretty poor service but they've at least resolved the prob without any quibbles.

Hopefully you'll hear from them shortly (crosses fingers).

im really annoyed with virgin online too - i ordered endless ocean for ?14.60, (?16.00 online - 10% for using a virgin card) but yet again the order gets cancelled next day with no explanation. this has happened with everything ive ordered for the last month, including bioshock tin (?31.00 on release day).

wii games are bargain-cheap but you cant actually get to buy them!!!

Yeh all my pre-orders have been with GAME this month (except for Wii as it's USA) ?36.99 for all my games and I recieve them day before release too! (+ ?2.00 game points and 11% cashback )
