Ahoy, I'm pretty stuck, I don't know if this is a spoiler or not, so dont read on if you havent finnished the game. (I don't know how to do the cool white writing sorry!). I'm in the palace of Winds the last dungeon, I need the magic boomerang to get any further though. If i've heard rightly, I need to fuse with the 4 tingles, but I can't find one of the Tingles. The Tingle I'm looking for is the Tingle which allows you to get into the lower left handside tree (If you're comming from Hyrule town). If anyone could help me I'll be el happyo. Thanks alot, It's a great game, I'm a bit frustrated I can't find this sneeky Tingle though.

I've got about two-thirds of them, but I appear to have used up all the chests that give me lots of seashells at a time. Once you get over half of the statues, you have to start handing over stupid amounts of shells (around 50 at a time, often more) just to be guaranteed of getting a statue you don't have - the odds seem to be tipped against you. I gave myself a 95% chance of success one time and it STILL gave me one I already had. Bastard sculptor.
And I'm about 15 Kinstones short too. The game's short main quest seems to be supplemented by the fact that certain people only want to trade Kinstones at certain points in the adventure, meaning you have to go EVERYWHERE after each major milestone you pass to check whether someone new has started trading or not.
Doesn't stop me loving it though. Damn you, Capcom.

So martTM, do you think that you cannot get all fusions or heart pieces etc towards the end of the game? I hope that is not that case.
I have about 5 kinstone fusions to go and have 18.5 heart pieces. I'm struggling getting all the cuckoos back in time and have no idea how to get the clearly visible heart piece in one of the shops in town.

Yes, unfortunately after you reach a certain point, some kinstone fusions become impossible to get if you haven't already got them. And I think (although I don't know) that the rewards for some of these fusions are pieces of heart.
Bad design if you ask me. It should be possible to go back and get everything you haven't already got once you reach the final level. But no. You have to start again. Bastards.

I've got the clue from the deku scrub about an item i need to progress up the mountain but ****s knows how i go about getting there!!

Funnily enough, this was one place I was stuck, too.Basically, you climb up the mountain as far as you can until you find the deku scrub. I'm assuming you've got a bottle -- if not, you need to find one -- and with it you collect water from the river to water a plant at the base of the mountain (it makes the plant grow so you can climb it), then you need to find a way to get some of the green water (just beyond the plant area) into your bottle for a Minish-based quest further up, then you need to negotiate some caves, and finally you'll find the item you're looking for further up the mountain, courtesy of the deku scrub. It's quite complicated, but once you've got the bottle it's a lot easier.

I finally completed it today. The last boss is hard, or at least I thought so!
I liked it. That's about it really. It lacks the charm of other Zelda games and is a bit forgettable on the whole. I also found the whole Kinstone element is a bit random overall (and I hated finding out several people trade multiple times >_< ). Some clever new items and puzzles had me stuck for a bit so I continued on, frustrated by it all, only to kick myself later for missing something.
It does feel a bit like you're going through the motions and the whole world feels very lifeless overall. I felt like I was much bigger than what the game had to offer, I didn't get lost in the world of the Minish (if you see what I mean); it wasn't a daunting game, overall, which is kind of what I like about other Zelda titles.
At least I can plough on with something else now.
