I'm not sure exacltly how long it took. Probably around 15 hours because I didn't rush it but didn't go for everything either. As with all Zelda games I play I always miss one bottle. But those hours were great, I was never bored and unlike some Zelda games the dungeons in this just begged to be explored properly and the use of the R shoulder button so link can roll like in the 3D games is good. I've rate it 8/10. And I enjoyed it a hell of a lot more than the latter stages of Wind Waker because it had a consistent pace throughout.

Oh no!!
I just got the final element and went back to infuse my sword. Thought about going into town to finish off some side quests but when that door opened in the back of the temple I was too curious and had to go in. Now the Hyrule Castle has changed and I fear many off the chances to fuse with people have been lost. Is this the case?
That would be HARSH!!

Nice one Geoff D - again
The bit with the stained glass windows was a nice touch (is it Wind Waker that does that too)? Looks like the challenge has been ramped up for the final hunt for Zelda and showdown in the Evil Castle - I'm sooo feeling this game and surprised its not getting more of teh lovage!!
Chattin in spoilers is cool!!

No worries dude -
you're right about the challenge - there are some tough enemies in the castle... I agree that people don't seem to be loving this game as much as they should as well. 'Tis a shame. I've had my game saved right at the last boss for a while now - haven't quite got the heart to finish him off, because I don't want it to end

I know that!
I have Metroid Prime saved at the final boss (its not that I can't kill the bloody thing :hmmm: ). I'm hoping that once I've given Vaati (or whatever his name is) some serious payback I'll have the freedom of the kingdom to stroll around and enjoy the peace I've brought back to Hyrule.
Minish Cap has made me want a DS Zelda game above all others, except maybe Viewtiful Joe

Best bet is to use the remote bombs. Plant one then walk a little bit away which should lure them all onto the bomb then detonate it. The should daze and take damage, when they're dazed give them a whack. That should see you clear without much damage ^_^ The extended spin attack also works well on them!
My Q
I've done all the kinstone fusions and completed the game, however, the last girl who needs a house is still.....without a house. Have i missed my chance to get her some digs? And, is there a heart piece in the gambling game? Ta.

any tips for the final boss as ime stuck. even have difficulty getting there as the 3 knights with the chimes in the timed battle keep killing me
Just stand in the corner, wait until they start charging you then use the wings to jump over and land behind them, hammer them with your sword. Repeat by alternating between the two bottom corners of the room and you win easily.

You can only ever house two out of the three girls, so you haven't missed anything here
Second Q:
There is no heart piece in the chest-gambling game

I managed to get her into a house, built where what-is-face wants the cats shifting from, iirc. You need to be **** hot in trading the stones though and it takes feckin' ages to do so. According to that gay fairy bloke, I don't have any left to find but I have some left over in the bag
