Rossco - turn up the exposure before you take the pictures - I had that problem too

I like them dark! But I'll try it with higher exposure next time to see what turns out.

I can't imagine me going the whole 100% this time on it, some of the races are just silly and I hate doing all the stupid Lupo Cup type things with crap cars.

I finished the license tests for the third time (my Korean version of GT4 arrived Thursday and I had finished the tests by Friday afternoon). They were considerably easier this time around and I even managed a Silver at Chamonix on the S License (I don't like that course).

Needless to say the first thing I did was to get the new cars for that version... well three of them as the fourth was a prize car. Turns out it was won at the Beginner's Spider & Roadster Race.

I am currently noting the low mileage used cars on that version. Found a nice low mileage Esprit (two eventually... a red one and an orange one). Up to day 463 so far (with 16 low mileage cars to deal with).

For some reason I seem to be doing better with B-spec with this. I suspect I have made better tyre choices! No let downs yet!

Nice job - Gonna have a go at something like this myself - the sofa/chair combo is starting to cause issues namely I can't continue playing for more than about 30 minutes in a single session.

At least it was license tests for a different version and it didn't actually take much time as I was passing first time in most cases. One gold and over 10 silvers.

Since my 360's messed up and cant get on Live to download Shivering Isles I thought I'd stick this on for a bit of action, since my steering wheel has been gathering dust for the best part of 2 years!

Checked my stats and I am only 12% through the game, well 12.3% after todays races!

Forgot how good it was, seriously so much fun, especially with the FF wheel! As soon as I started the first race in my souped up Skyline I was all over the place, into the carriers, into the sand, spinning out doing 360's. But after a couple of laps (20 odd) I got back into it the swing of it and was nailing every corner.

I really wish I had played this more over the last few years as Forza 2 is out soon and that will completely relegate GT4 forever.

So my advice to you, play this game while you still can, its ace! And it still looks good considering how old it is, Ifound myself just sitting watching replays of races quite the thing enjoying it!

Is your wheel the type that has the full 900 degrees of rotation (the same as an actual car right?)? Are they actually any good, I'm intrigued.

Thats just the normal Wheel not the pro 900 degree one.. Though even that one he has is ace.. same as mine..

Ya, I believe my wheel came out with GT3, and the one that came out around GT4 was the 900 Degrees one. But powkisser is right, the one we have is ace anyway and makes it a whole new game!

Never have played with the better one though so don't know how good it is or not.

Never have played with the better one though so don't know how good it is or not.

My brother in law impressed me with that wheel. He hates games and is just bad at them but after seeing GT4 running he couldn't resist playing it.

After 30 minutes of doing nothing but crashing it just clicked with him to treat it like his car and he was pulling off really good lap times.

I suppose that's as good a way to recommend the wheel to make the game more believable as you're going to get really. He can't play games but give him GT4 with the full steering wheel and he's lapping like a pro. I seem to remember reading a while back that the lads on Top Gear use the game and recommended it for it's accuracy when using the wheel.

Recommend it for what ? I can't see any of them recommending it as a tool to learn to drive/race tbh ! Learn tracks maybe but nothing else.
