One thing I noticed about this game is that you can use the in game camera to your advantage (especially in DMD) by cutting off the number of enemies in view. The game's programmed so that enemies off screen won't attack you (until they appear on screen of course). You can abuse this to concentrate on one or a limited group of enemies.

Resi evil 4 i thought was good EXCEPT in controls while it was not to bad. When you surrounded by 6 or 7 enemys rotating left or right or even the quick turn just felt to slow.Dmc3 the controls just work in all ways and for all skill levels gives instant action for a complete beginner but something to master for the experts even people playing 99hrs+ are still coming up with new techniques. There is not many games that happens
I do wonder how they are going to top this for dmc 4 though.

It'll be fun to find outEven if it's not as good, would that be such bad news? A sequel almost as good as DMC3 on next-gen hardware is enough to make me want it!
tbh I've got plenty of faith in it. Capcom haven't disappointed me once with their big releases in the last few years and I doubt that'll stop now

That's a real challenge for Capcom. DMC3 has been my favourite game this year and while I'd like to see the evolution 3 has had over the first game continue, I'd be happy with the same system just new weapons, bosses and locations.
Maybe actually participating in some of the insane cut scenes next time round? I don't know, the games ****ing perfect as it is tbh.

Originally posted by venom743Yeah, that was crap but Capcom have learned from their mistake and redeemed themselves. DMC4 will be good, I just can't wait to see what the game system is going to be like. I hope they stick with the style system though.
Anyone know why it was a mistake to begin with?.Did they have limitied development time or was there other reasons?

They now know (once again) what Dante is all about, attitutude, skill and lots of it. Building on DMC3 they cant go wrong, it was when they tried to reinvent something that was great (DMC1)that got them ****ed up.
Am waiting for "Style switchin" mid battle, you even imagine the sick **** you be pulling off with that?? IMO, that shoudl be the next step in Dantes evolution. Build on this beautiful system you have created and give us more toys to play with
Whatever they do, I think the most interesting thing will be when they choose to set it... post DMC2, who knows!!

Listen Capcom, the same again with Style Switching mid fight, THATS ALL. Dont listen to the pussies!!

Theres some food for thought boys... what kind of death can you deal if you are able switch to Swordmaster after starting a Quicksilver string OR tearing up Gunslinger following a Doppelganger starter?? AMAZING potential!!
Where they go from here is a real mystery but TBH, does it really need to go far? My expectations for DMC3 wer shattered and replaced with disbelief, the quality of everything was off the chart, so it needn't be radical stepes for 4... let us play as Vergil fighting Mundus in Hell, let us play as Sparda during his final battles, these kind of things could be done using the current system and would be sick as F.U.C.K
Bottom line just give us Dante or someone related to him and lots of muther****ers to slay
