I saw Games TM magazine had a top 10 most annoying visitors to Animal Crossing with Joan topping the list. I thought this was a bit harsh so what are your most annoying/pointless visitors?

Personally I'm getting fed up with Blanca who seems to be wandering around my town everyday at the moment.

Yeah i saw that too. If it wasn't for Joan then i'd be poor, how can she be the most annoying character?!? Even her accent sounds better than the rest of the animals. She likes to talk too much though.

Nothng wrong with old Joan, GamesTM must have been drinking stupid juice.

That nobhead insurance salesman Lyle is easily the most annoying, Blanca was also annoying due to his pointlessness but you can turn him off so annoyance over. The kitten/kat can be a pain if you can't contact the town she came from. Wendell is now rendered pointless beyong the red turnip trade as all he gives out are patterns of rubbishness not wallpaper like he should have...

The other special characters hardly ever show up (not including Redd obviously) so they are annoying in that respect.

I got a sombrero from Nintendo for going online today. The letter it came it was all in spanish and is to do with this holiday apparently:

I got the same letter and Sombrero. Very random, had no idea what it was all about. Was thinking of going to babelfish today to try and work out what the hell it says!

Is anyone actually still playing this game? No-one in my friends list is ever online and I'm starting to feel like pixie-no-mates.

I'm playing this at the moment. Trying to get all the fruits available on my village. Got Apples, Pears, Cherries and coconuts on the go at the moment.

I'm still playing, but not online at the moment. I will try to go back into online play later but i've been kinda busy lately. I missed KK yesterday night, again.

I'm not sure if I am missing something but I never seem to meet Joan in my village?!

I played last Sunday and haven't seen her, and tried again today and I just can't find her?!


I will aim to get online with this too, once I get my Wifi dongle working (everytime I try to install it it tells me to plug the dongle into the USB socket when it already is!!! )

Joan wanders around the village every Sunday morning. I think she leaves at midday.

Ah that might be why I have yet to see her! Both weekends I have played I have started after 12 noon! Guess I'll have to try again next week!

This is the worst day ever. Not since The Great March Weed Crisis has there been such a dark day in Bapyton's history. I wasn't on yesterday and today all I have is a note to remember him by. One of my villagers ran up to me today and asked if I was looking after the picture he gave me. This would be sweet except he's never actually given it to me! Has anyone else had this problem?
