Anyone having problems connecting to the wfc?

if I test the connection everythings fine but as soon as I try to open my gate I get an error, 61070.

I have just checked the nintendo wifi site as it tells you if the servers are down for each game & they are all ok.

Not tried going online with mine yet as im downloading somthing.

Hey,

Is it possible with one copy of the game to have one player running his own town and another player running his town? It's just i've set it up that im sharing a town with my brother and he has been playing it constantly and has done a load of things that I was looking forward to doing. I just havent had the time recently to get stuck into it like he has....I don't have to buy another copy of the game do I? Just so I can have a town to myself?

I've had a dog called Goldie move in overnight from Donegal.. Are there any particular circumstances which make animals move town ?

Just checked mine, i get the same error.

Wonder if the uk & us wifi sites are different??

I really don't know. I think it's pretty random. Both Moe and Kody from my town moved to other peoples' towns and Tank from Fuddle's town moved to mine. No idea if there is a system. I do know that they don't have to be directly on your Friends list. When Moe moved, he went to Keith's town before I had him on my list.

James, on your question, to the best of my knowledge I think you can only have one town per game card.

Yeh i think you do have to buy another copy, also my ninentdo wfc isn't working, i checked and nearly everyone on gamefaqs isn't working. nintendo are telling porkie pies
