Anyone else had this happen:

I used the map to travel and once I arrived at the new location my body was flashing red and my HP was slowly draining, I just dont know what to do to stop it when it happens.

Ok just noticed something, this only happens during daylight, very odd.

Is it just me or is there no way to actually zoom the map out?

Yeah that is possible, using fast travel it calculates time depending on how far you go. If you've taken a long-lasting posion then it could have caused it.

Not sure how you can cure it tho

The final clue is downstairs in the dining room...its actually quite obvious when you see it! Check what happens to the crosshair and look out for something you can "use".

Just to confirm something before I go off on a murderous random killing spree (actually I've already started but before I save): this game doesn't let you kill key characters does it?

hmm not sure but will save it first then try.

Yeah if you feed regularly then your resistance to light stays high however if you dont feed you gain more special abilities.

I've been playing this for about 7 hours solid now, and i've only just closed the first gate to oblivion. Just been wandering around, questing, talking to people, treasure hunting... This is just.. wow.
