One question I do have is did the last update change the way online ranked matches are decided if someone quits early?

Not too sure about that, but since the update my games have been really laggy and i've had several dropouts (when i was winning too!) but it just dumps me to the title screen saying something about my xbox live connection being severed. It's a screen i've never seen before.

Anyone else had this problem??

Maybe its just a coincidence but the game seems borked since the update. Every game I play is a laggy mess and often me or the other guy get that new connection error screen at some point.

Does anyone keep getting disconnected on Pro Evo? It's happened to me about 6 times this week now. It put me back to the main menu and says something on the lines of "Xbox Live has been served". I've lost loads of ranked matches because of it, I know I'm **** but it's put me in division 3-b now and says i've disconnected 13 times!

Yep mate. Happened to me 3 out of 5 matches the other day, wouldnt mind but I was winning all three games so I've not gone back to play it since. Previously I'd only had 1 disconnect out of about 95 games.

I hate how easy it is to pass the ball across the box and score, it's really started to do my head in. I still won't give in and use the same tactic though, it's boring.

If you set your defenders and defensive midfielders the right way it shouldn't happen as often but yeah I get what you mean about it being easy to score once you get it across the box. Saying that though missed a couple of sitters by that method in my cup game today, had to revert to the old pass and move tactic

i've been getting live probs, keeps telling me the other player has quit and I don't get given the win, goes down as 0-0 draw.

i'm only a lowly div 3b and been robbed of 2 wins against div 1 players like this.

Got this yesterday, I take it with ranked matches you can't choose the division of your opponent? I'm fed up of playing people in division one just using me to boost their ego as I have no clue how to play this game.

Manually search a ranked game and try challenging a division 3C opponent. You'll have a better chance finding a newbie that way.

Try playing a load of single player on Top Player difficulty for practice.

Argh, this is driving me nuts. How do you defend corners against the AI? No matter what I do they seem to get free headers every single time.
