Are the ingame graphics up to atleast current 360 standard? i was really hoping for a big difference. I'm pretty sure i can adjust to the speed, it's just a case of what has been mentioned. Just waiting on play to ship mine, although they don't always give confirmation e-mails so it could be here soon!

Played some more and my opinion is completely different. The slower pace means that there is more space into which you can play a passing game, switching the play around the pitch works beautifully now, you can draw defenders over to you knowing that you are leaving gaps that you can exploit, and which can't be over-compensated for by overly quick defenders.
goalkeepers are much better, defenders are much harder to get past (unless you use a good passing game) and its feeling much harder to score goals (a good thing imo).
graphically its bright, colourful and sharp - what more could you ask for

Anyone got any info on how the online play stacks up and what options you have in terms of hosting etc? I read a couple of pages back people couldnt connect so is it still not working?
There are a few import shops here in Australia receiving UK copies today so I should be picking up a copy by tomorrow... just in time for the weekend.

me and the lads set up a little league last night, 4 of us and play eachother twice.
Once again uncle seabass had surpassed himself with yet another fantastic version. So many intricacies to learn, so little time.
All you need to do is get a few of you in a room, a copy of this, and watch the carnage ensue as you all fightand swear at eachther. Wireless controlers certainly help as well, no more pulling the console about as you all shuffle about.

The game feels so sluggish compared to WE10 (in fact compared to PES5 it feels like its running at half speed) it feels as though fast players just can't accelerate, the passing doesn't feel precise, some moves feel more on rails than previous editions .... this is just a complete **** up
hopefully it will improve once i adjust to the speed
About the speed and you saying it's half speed.
Just a little change to let you know about and everyone else in case you didn't....
The sprint button DOES NOT give you full speed anymore the way it used to....it is now the medium dribble button. To get 'full speed; you need to tap the sprint button when you start running and knock the ball ahead of you - this way, your player 'accelerates' up to full speed and reaches his maximum - theoretically anyway

I was playing til just after 1am and there was still problems with the online play but, we did get the game 2 days early so I assumed that things would be resolved by today or tomorrow, some of the lads have confirmed this so happy days!
I`m really liking this game. I`ve played most versions but only round someones house, I`ve never really liked the series because I just got too frustrated with the bull**** that used to go on, such as refs giving yellow cards to players that have only just touched someone without any buttons being pressed and they fall over.
Played most of the cups last night and managed to get a couple of online matches on which I found most enjoyable. I can really see myself getting into this and I`m really looking forward to the knockout tourney in November.

The sprint thing is def different as I cant seem to get away from defenders using the fast dribble anymore. Have seen the CPU use the full sprint with knocking ball in front of them to get more pace so will need to tweak my running game to work that in. Its a change that I think will benefit the game as you wont be able to just run around with Ronaldinho. The slower speed of the game itself also helps this passing game and it is all starting to feel so warm and cosy.
Gonna play more random games tonight and maybe a cup before hit the master league and live modes. Takes time to adjust but when you do you are in for an absolute gem of a game. A fantastic addition to the series and on the 360 it just looks so nice
