I am feeling it's a bit average, I can't put my finger on it. It looks great but its too dark and the whole game is very short.

I can't get away from the fact they are using cheap gameplay tricks over and over again to make it longer. examples that come to mind are endless spawning enemys (or at least a large number of spawning enemys and that stupid puzzle with the bezerker, how many times can they milk it?

Change video setting to "Vibrant".

That at least solves one of your problems

Assassination is alright - The leader can "unlock" the weapons - I wonder if that means his teammates can then use them ? I thought the weapons were for leaders only ?

Agreed the clan thing is a bummer - The game seems completely geared >< towards it. But like you said the other day - we'd only get annoyed at the Yanks handing us our arses on a plate and trash talking the **** out of us.......

Well I buckled over the weekned and ended up buying a new 360 just to play this game. Boy am I glad I did

Did play around with those setting, I just think its a case of over hype again. I did start playing through on diffrent difficulty settings then getting bored and switching it off. I wanted to enjoy it but I found myself playing multiplayer PD0 on the classic free maps

Played co-op on Insane yesterday upto the end of Act 3. Incredible game. Not as tough as I thought, only died a few times between us but maybe that's coming in the next Acts

Needed something to stop reading all things Wii especially TP, this is it! What a game, going back to it now. Absolutely stunning. Wow, just wow.

Just finished it on hardcore, great game. Must go back to it and get the multiplayer achievements. Not sure if I'll revisit in Insane mode though...

It gets the feeling of being pinned downed so right on Insane, if you try and take a breather they'll charge or flank you so you're forced to at least blind fire.
And after thinking close combat was a little clumsy I finally 'got' the chainsaw midway through Act 3 yesterday. Awesome.
