I found the SP demo could be temperamental as hell - mine crashed a good few times for no reason.

Haven't had one during the full game though *touches wood*

Yeah the demo crashed loads for me too, hopefully that has been sorted. The face mapping has made me look like a long lost Mitchell brother from Eastenders though

only thing i dislike about this game is the voice comms, in mulitplayer games you get people having conversations after they die, while you are still playing and there telling the others where you are!!

I've never had that one - all this is proof positive that the 360 is bringing the joys of PC gaming to the masses

Yeah sound bug has appeared aload of times in MP demo and online co-op full game Hope they fix it soon cos it drowns out the enemy fire and sounds...

make that 9 crashes in 2.5 hours...this is shocking stuff, simple things like LOADING...i like what i can play, but if i cant get stats in multi or progress in sp, what the **** is the point?

id love to be more positive, but this is REALLY ruining it for me...

My suggestion would be if it's crashing that much it's something wrong with your system rather than the game itself.

i bought my system second hand in may and have had no probs at all, with most games released either borrowed from work or bought, yet i havent had a single problem, barring the odd freeze when opening my friends list

its simple, patch soon or back to GRAW

Sounds like my dodgy net connection.
I have the worst connection ever and when it is really bad it makes my 360 freeze left right and centre.

Try Disconnecting your console from your router/PC and seeing how well it goes. Is your network open?

how can i create a new face using the camera again? i'm not satisfied with my first result. it seems there's no way to change the basic player features (gender, team name, custom face) once you started the multiplayer game!

Yes, yes there is.

You have to delete the whole player, I think the option to do so is below the leadboards page.

When you are on the main multiplayer menu, it is in the section with leaderboards and personal stats, you can edit your appearence.

I'm not as impressed with this as I was with GRAW, but when the shootin' starts it is incredibly intense. I don't think I've felt so under-fire since the prison level (demo) of Rainbow Six 3 on the Xbox. The actual casino bits are really nicely done.

It's a very bugged game, having already experienced one crash and many bizzare faults (gun fire not stopping and animations not playing properly etc) though it has improved since the demo which crashed every few minutes for me. There are other things in the game which make me wish they'd held it back a few more months - the coop story is excellent, but by removing all the video chats and objectives it makes it a little bit soulless. There is no sense of urgency, unlike the coop in Gears or Halo.

Also the cover system is broken, works well against flat surfaces but really falls apart when against anything else. Also I've found places where you can't use the cover on, which is bizzare. I'd say the system in general is very good, but unlike Gears the level design doesn't fit in as nicely.

I do really like how they've presented the game though - the mutliplayer options are excellent and being able to go up ranks is really satisfying (well, I imagine- still a Private!).

So far so good...but I was hoping for a more polished title. Only a little way into the game, so will see how it goes!
